We wanted to brew a Westcoast IPA showcasing Chinook (1985) and Simcoe (2000) It mixes one of the Elder Statesman of the hop world with a newer gen Z hop. Expect lots of piney dankness from the Chinook and some tropical Oomph from the Simcoe.
