Oktoberfest
Prost! Get ready to raise a stein and celebrate Oktoberfest at Stoic Brewing!
Join us on Saturday, October 18, from 12–4 pm, for an afternoon of German-inspired fun. Your $50 ticket includes entry, a Stoic-branded half-stein, your first fill of either our special Festbier or Märzen, and delicious German-inspired food.
We'll have entertainment by Rockordion to keep the party going. Test your strength in our Strong Arm Contest and don't forget to wear your best Lederhosen or Dirndl for a chance to win our Best Dressed prize!

We'll be firing up the smoker to bring you a delicious smoked ribs special, cooked low and slow for maximum flavour. Pair it with one of our refreshing, locally brewed craft beers for the perfect Father's Day treat.

Pop Up Oyster Bar
Don't miss the Pop Up! Oyster Bar to launch our Dark Beer Weekend, "Into The Darkness," on Friday, July 4th, from 3 PM to 7 PM!
Sally is back! The 2025 Australian Women's Oyster Opening Champion, Sally, will be on hand for live shucking oysters. Enjoy delicious prawn buckets and be there for the tapping of the very last keg of Oyster Stout! Bookings are encouraged – email venue@stoicbrewing.com.

We are incredibly lucky to have Sally from Jim Wild’s Oysters, the 2025 Australian Women’s Oyster Opening Champion, LIVE shucking her oysters here at the brewery! There will also be prawn buckets available.
These oysters from this local farm, are the same as the ones used in this limited release stout. A unique and fun collaboration with Jim’s Wild Oysters. Come down and check it out!
